Big Girl Shoes

With my 30th birthday less than 4 months away, I've been trying to expand my horizons into the world of adulthood. I'm trying more foods, taking more risks, and venturing out like I never have before.   Last weekend I had a chance to head to Portland to celebrate life with some friends. Nicole & Brad celebrated 20 years of friendship and Katrina married Louis. I celebrated them all by getting some fancy new dresses and big girl shoes.  Granted, the shoes were less important than the dresses in this case, but I figured for a girl who usually wears flip flops or converse to fancy functions, this was a step up, literally.
